Installation
Services
We offer multiple types of services that require installation. We install irrigation systems for sod and/or plants. We also install sod, as well as any type of plant you may need in your outdoor areas. We build retaining walls to hold back soil on slopes, and provide different elevations for safer use in your living space. We also install drainage systems, connecting the downspouts and leading the water away from the property.
Sod and Irrigation
Sod and irrigation usually go hand-in-hand, however we also provide single services in cases where sod is already existing or irrigation is already installed. Our irrigation services include, the pipe system, the sprinkler heads, and the controller/wiring. We connect it directly to the main water source, so it doesn't intervene with the home water system. Whenever we install our sod, we give our clients recommendations for which type to go with. Different variations of sod are used depending on the conditions of the property (shade, rain, soil, maintenance, etc.) We make sure to install and roll the sod, as well as adding fertilizer depending on the soil health. We also offer plant installation, with irrigation if needed, for homes that may need an upgrade for the garden. We take the ideas of our clients and create the best plan to make it come to life.

Retaining Walls
Retaining walls are built to hold back soil on slopes, to prevent any landslides and erosion. They also function to create usable living space, creating two different flat levels. They also help with water runoff as well as giving the space a nice look. We specialize in stone walls, using natural stone blocks to create our walls. We start by digging out a 10" base for our foundation and constructing the footing. We use gravel and drain pipe behind the wall for proper water drainage. Before we begin our work, we will provide options for the wall, as well as taking any ideas you may have. Our recommendation is the Diamond Pro series from Belgard, which we use for most of our jobs.

DRAINAGE

Drainage is important to a home to prevent water from entering the foundation/basement of the house. It also helps to prevent water from puddling in the yard, causing mud, sinking, and unusable land. We can install drain boxes or french drains to lead the water away from the property. We connect all the downspouts, and run our pipes underground. Gravel is also used because it filters water faster into the pipe, which means no water is left sitting on top of the soil.
